01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
03 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and thyme.
04 - Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
05 - Arrange the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
06 - Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
07 - Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
08 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
