01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Insert a wooden skewer lengthwise into each hot dog, allowing 1–2 inches to extend as a handle.
03 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. If using, lay a slice of cheese onto each triangle.
04 - Place a hot dog at the wide end of each dough triangle and roll up tightly to create a spiral.
05 - Set the wrapped hot dogs evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush each with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder, and add sesame or poppy seeds if desired.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until dough is golden and fully cooked.
08 - Serve hot with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
