01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably whole milk for creaminess)
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
03 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

04 - 1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and patted dry

05 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
06 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

# Step-by-step:

01 - Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
03 - Using a spoon, dollop small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
04 - Gently press 2–3 blueberries into the center of each yogurt mound.
05 - If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or shredded coconut over the top of each bite.
06 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm.
07 - Once fully frozen, transfer the yogurt bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
