01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
02 - Place the Brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small ovenproof dish.
03 - Spread the apricot preserves evenly over the top of the Brie.
04 - Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top of the preserves.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the Brie is soft and melty but not fully collapsed.
06 - Remove from the oven and let rest for 3-5 minutes.
07 - Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley if desired. Serve immediately with sliced baguette, crackers, or apple slices.
